Silk Mohair in Electric Purple from Lana Gatto is a clear, warm purple shade with a fresh and distinct expression. The color has a fine intensity, but gets a softer surface in the knit thanks to the mohair's airy structure. The mulberry silk gives a light sheen, which emphasizes the depth of the color and makes it come alive.
Usage silk mohair alone in several strands when you want to build thickness and hit a certain knitting fastness. Like follow thread gives Electric Purple extra softness and luxury as well as a slightly fluffy finish that adds dimension and life – and in some combinations a more mottled expression. The yarn sheds minimally, is OEKO-TEX® certified and produced under responsible conditions.
