Silk Mohair in Periwinkle Haze from Lana Gatto is a dusty, light purple shade with a light and airy expression and a bluish undertone. The color is delicate and light, but still with enough color to give character to the knit. The soft, slightly shaggy surface of the mohair gives a nice lightness, and the mulberry silk adds a discreet sheen, which makes the color come alive in the light.
Knit Silk Mohair alone in two or more strands to give it more volume and frame knitting fastness, you want. Like follow thread is Lilac Haze an obvious choice when you want to give extra softness and a luxurious, fluffy expression - and at the same time create more dimension and possibly a light mottled game in color.
