Silk Mohair in French Blue from Lana Gatto is a clear blue shade with a clean and fresh expression. The color stands out clearly, but the mohair's light, fluffy structure still makes it soft in expression. Together with the discreet shine of the mulberry silk, you get a mohair yarn with silk, which looks exclusive – even in plain stockinette.
If you want to use Silk Mohair alone, you can knit with two or more threads to achieve more fullness and achieve your desired effect knitting fastness. Like follow thread French Blue is obvious when you want to add extra softness, lightness and an airy expression, while at the same time creating more dimension in the surface and possibly a light mottled game. The yarn sheds minimally, is OEKO-TEX® certified and produced under responsible conditions.
