Ocean Vest is a delicious chunky vest in patent knit. It is knitted from top to bottom. You start on the back piece and pick up stitches for front pieces. There are cutouts on the front pieces that run down symmetrically and give a nice effect. Finally, stitches are picked up for front edges and sleeve edges, which are knitted in classic single rib.
Sizes: XS/S (M/L) XL
Goals: Chest width: 98 (110) 120 cm. Length: 55 (57) 59 cm
Guide sticks: Circular needles 5 mm 40 and 80 cm and 6 mm 60 and 80 cm
Knit strength: 11 sts / 34 p = 10 x 10 cm on needles 6 mm (note that 34 p in stockinette stitch corresponds to 17 garter stitches)
Recommended yarn from Smuksak: 350 (400) 450 g Misina or Misina Tweed from Lana Gatto along with a thread 100 (100) 125 g Silk Mohair from Lana Gatto
