New Glitter - Steel - 30781

Steel is a steel-gray mica thread with a cool, modern sheen that gives a clear glitter finish in the knitting. New Glitter from Lana Gatto is a pure glitter thread and a classic effect yarn, which you knit with as a follower thread to add glitter. With a running length of 25 g = 300 meters the thread is fine and light, and it typically does not significantly change the knitting strength - it instead adds a shiny play to the stitch image. Steel is a good choice if you want a more graphic and "metallic" look, either throughout or as details in ribs, stripes and finishes. The yarn is OEKO-TEX® certified.
