Callie Cardigan - Knitamore

The Callie Cardigan is constructed with a round yoke and is knitted from the top down. The carrier piece is knitted in a beautiful pattern with long stitches that are pulled over the other stitches and which together form a fine "feather pattern".

First, the neck is knitted in rib, after which it is continued in pattern knitting down the yoke and further in stockinette stitch down the body, ending in a ribbed edge. Finally, the sleeves are knitted straight down and also finished with a ribbed edge. Button posts are knitted up at the end.

The cardigan is assembly-free.

The measurements of the cardigan: Overall width: 89 (95.5) 104.5 (111) 120 (129) cm. Length: 54 (56) 58 (61) 64 (65) cm measurement center back without neckline.

Size guide: The Callie Cardigan should have a range of movement of approx. 5-15 cm. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL and (2XL) correspond to chest measurements of approximately 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) cm. Measure yourself and estimate your size before you start knitting the cardigan.

Knit strength: 18 stitches x 26 rows in stockinette stitch on needles 5.0 mm = 10 x 10 cm.

Guiding sticks: Circular needle 5.0 mm (60/80/100 cm). Circular needle 4.5 mm for neck and ribbed edges.

Yarn suggestions from Smuksak: 1 thread Misina (100% wool - 50 g / 100 meters) or Premium Merino (100% merino - 50 g / 150 meters) along with 1 thread Silk Mohair (25 g / 212 meters) or Baby Alpaca 100% (25 g / 200 meters). It is knitted in two threads in total.
