Baby Alpaca 100% - Dark Rose - 2412

Our Baby Alpaca 100% consists of pure baby alpaca and is the finest form of alpaca available for hand knitting with a micron of 21.5. Here in the beautiful Dark Rose colour, which is a warm pink shade. The yarn can be used both alone, together with a follower thread or as an alternative for Silk Mohair. A super good alternative to the woolly kind. 

The yarn is produced with care for animals, people and the environment in a spinning mill in Peru. The spinning mill has many years of experience and expertise in the production of alpaca yarn. They are in constant development in terms of innovative solutions and measures that promote good working conditions as well as environmentally sound and animal-friendly principles. They work closely with the shepherds in the Peruvian highlands. 

Baby Alpaca 100% runs 200 meters per 25g and is a thin and elegant quality. It is best suited as a follow-up thread.
