Baby Alpaca 100% - Avocado - 0546

The soft Baby Alpaca 100% is available here in a nice light pastel green, which we call Avocado. The yarn consists of pure baby alpaca, which comes from the softest part of the alpaca, namely the stomach region. It is therefore also the finest form of alpaca available for hand knitting, with a micron of 21.5. 

Baby Alpaca 100% comes from a spinning mill in Peru, which has sustainability, animal welfare and social responsibility at the forefront. They have a strong focus on constantly developing innovative and sustainable solutions that take the environment and surroundings into account. At the same time, they have a Social Responsibility Program which ensures jobs and good working conditions for thousands of families in the Peruvian highlands. 

Baby Alpaca 100% runs 200 meters per 25g and is a thin and elegant quality. It is best suited as a follow-up thread.
